Median home prices in Carlock fell to $45,000 in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Carlock fell by $72,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 61.7 percent decrease from the $117,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Carlock in the second quarter of 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Carlock for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,549, approximately 5.7 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
