City of Bloomington City Council met Nov. 21.

Here is the agenda provided by the council:

Individuals wishing to speak in-person or remotely may register at www.cityblm.org/register at least 5 minutes before the start of the meeting for in person public comment and at least 15 minutes before the start of the meeting for remote public comment.

A. Consideration and action to approve the Minutes of the September 19, 2022 Regular Committee of the Whole Meeting, as requested by the City Clerk Department. (Recommended Motion: The proposed Minutes be approved.) 

B. Consideration and action to approve the Minutes of the October 17, 2022 Regular Committee of the Whole Meeting, as requested by the City Clerk Department. (Recommended Motion: The proposed Minutes be approved.) 

C. Consideration and action to approve the Minutes of the October 24, 2022 Regular City Council Meeting, as requested by the City Clerk Department. (Recommended Motion: The proposed Minutes be approved.) 

8. Regular Agenda 

A. Consideration and action to approve the 2022 Tax Levy Estimate for the City of Bloomington and the Bloomington Public Library, as requested by the Finance Department. (Recommended Motion: The proposed Property Tax Levy Estimates be approved.) (Presentation by Scott Rathbun, Finance Director, and Jeanne Hamilton, Library Director, 10 minutes; and City Council Discussion, 20 minutes.)
