7.B) Consideration and action to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Bloomington and Bloomington Public Schools, District 87, so that they can purchase rock salt from the City during winter 2022-2023, in the amount of the cost per ton the City paid for the rock salt plus a storage and handling, and loading fee of $5.00 per ton, not to exceed 250 tons per fiscal year, with automatic renewals through April 30, 2028
