The City Administrator acted as the clerk and took roll, and the following members were present: Wille, Barr, and Cranford.

Also attending: Mayor Alvey, Lee, Howard, Street Superintendent Brock and Building and Zoning Director Knowles.

Agenda

Centennial Plaza

Discussion was held on the plaza with the consensus agreeing the project should be let for bids again to allow more time for general contractors to obtain pricing.

N. Locust St.

Brock told the Committee that there have been several complaints about semi traffic on N. Locust St. where the road is not designed for that type of traffic. It is because drivers are trying to find the LSC loading docks. Brock suggested posting N. Locust St as no trucks and improving sign access for drivers to follow for LSC Loading. It will be presented at Council for approval.
