The Illinois Wesleyan University men’s and women’s track and field teams had four athletes named to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-American teams, according to a March 16 announcement by the organization.
This recognition highlights the achievements of student-athletes who finished in the top ranks at the 2026 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships, held March 13-14 in Birmingham, Alabama. The awards are given to those placing in the top eight of their events for First Team honors, while those finishing ninth through sixteenth receive Second Team status.
Senior Evan Lowder, juniors Imani Ogunribido and Mackenzie Huber were named First Team All-Americans. Senior Adriana Crabtree earned Second Team All-American honors. Lowder achieved his fifth career All-American honor after setting a new program and College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin record with a time of 47.52 seconds in the men’s 400 meters, finishing fourth. Ogunribido placed third in the women’s triple jump with a mark of 12.26 meters, her highest finish at an indoor national championship following her outdoor title in 2025. Huber qualified for her first national championship and finished fourth in the women’s 800 meters with a time of 2:10.85. Crabtree overcame adversity during the women’s 3000 meters final, running half the race with one shoe after a collision and finishing fourteenth with a time of 9:49.62.
The Illinois Wesleyan Titans Men’s Track and Field team hosts its indoor events at the Shirk Center Indoor Track, which is dedicated to track and field competitions according to the official website.
