Illinois Wesleyan University is participating in Division III week, celebrating with fellow NCAA Division III members. The focus is on excellence in academics, athletics, and community service. This week, attention is given to Kannyn Boyd, a member of the university’s women’s volleyball team. Boyd joined as a transfer in the winter of 2024 and quickly made her mark. She became the program’s first College Sports Communicators Academic All-America selection in many years, rekindling her passion for volleyball.

Division III week is a chance to honor outstanding student-athletes on campus. It allows institutions and conferences to highlight the significant impact athletics and student-athletes have on both their campus and the community.
