Inspiration Field at Carol Willis Park in Naperville, Illinois, will host the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Softball Tournament from May 8 to May 10. The tournament features six teams competing for the championship and an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Softball Tournament.

The Illinois Wesleyan University softball team, ranked 22nd nationally, is the top seed and host for this event. They will start their campaign on Thursday, May 8, at 4 p.m. Other participating teams include No. 2 seed Augustana, No. 3 seed Millikin, No. 4 seed Carthage, No. 5 seed North Central, and No. 6 seed Wheaton.

Tournament admission is cash only: $10 for adults and $5 for seniors, students, and children aged 6-14. Children under five and current CCIW students with a valid ID can attend for free.

The tournament schedule begins on Thursday with Carthage facing North Central at noon, followed by Millikin against Wheaton at 2 p.m. The winners of these games will then play against Illinois Wesleyan and Augustana later that day.

Friday’s games will determine which teams advance to Saturday’s final matchups starting at 11 a.m., with a potential additional game if necessary.
