The Illinois Wesleyan University women’s tennis team will conclude its 2025-2026 season with a match against Greenville University on April 8. The event, scheduled for a 4:30 p.m. start at Evergreen Racquet Club, will also serve as senior day to recognize Marianna Arias before the match.
This final contest is significant as the Titans seek their twelfth win of the season, which would be their highest total since achieving a 12-3 record in 1991. The team recently defeated Olivet Nazarene University, securing victories in both doubles and singles matches from juniors Amber Ehrlich and Olivia Bell, sophomores Gabi Lipske and Katie Van Heuklon, and freshmen Adia Douglas and Elana Religioso.
Greenville enters the matchup with a record of seven wins and six losses after falling to Rose-Hulman on April 6. In previous encounters between Illinois Wesleyan and Greenville, Greenville has won three out of four times. Last year’s meeting ended in a 6-1 victory for Greenville; Kate Christian provided the only win for Illinois Wesleyan while Ehrlich and Bell earned a doubles win.
