Illinois State Representative Jason Bunting recently visited Cow Creek Organic Farm in Paxton to observe the operations of the Glazik Family. The visit included a tour focused on grain handling and quality systems, offering an inside look at how the farm maintains its standards in grain production.
During the event, participants discussed livestock integration and how animals are used as part of crop rotation. This practice is intended to support soil health and sustainability efforts.
Bunting said, “Overall, the day was not only educational but also a wonderful reminder of the innovation and collaboration happening right here in our district. I am grateful to the Glazik Family and all who participated for their hospitality and for sharing their knowledge and passion for sustainable farming and local food systems.”
Bunting has represented Illinois’ 106th House District since his election in 2023, succeeding Thomas Bennett.
