On Sunday, April 13, former Normal University High School standout Kyndal Shively’s current college team, the Valparaiso Beacons, lost 5-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Illinois State Redbirds.
The game took place at Valpo Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Redbirds this season.
The Beacons’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16 at 4 p.m. at Eichelberger Field against Illinois Fighting Illini.
