7:00 P.M. – Case SU-26-02, application of The Shire of IL, LLC by Becky Howell in case SU-26- 02 on parcel 22-35-200-018. It is requesting a special use to allow an Ag. Support and Education Facility in the A-Agriculture District on property in Old Town Township at 8522 N 2300 East Rd., Downs, IL. This is a recommendation to the County Board.
7:15 P.M. – Case SU-26-03, application of John and Makenzie Schuler on parcel 09-29-100-008 in case SU-26-03. They are requesting a special use to allow a single-family residence in the A Agriculture District for a farm operator on property in Lexington Township immediately north of the intersection of 2525 East Rd. and 2125 North Rd. This is a recommendation to the County Board.
7:30 P.M. – Case SU-26-04, application of Tyler Blakeney on parcel 06-31-400-010 in case SU-26- 04. He is requesting a special use to allow a Greenhouse/Nursery with a request to waive the 150- foot separation requirement from the R-1 District boundary on property in White Oak Township immediately east of the property located at 6549 E 2050 North Rd., Carlock, IL. This is a recommendation to the County Board.
7:45 P.M. – Case ZV-26-04, application of Cody and Abbey Burns in case ZV-26-04 on parcel 25- 25-300-013. They are requesting a variance in maximum square feet of accessory buildings to allow 7,128 square feet rather than 3,600 square feet as allowed in the A-Agriculture District on property in Cheneys Grove Township at 9165 N 4125 East Rd., Saybrook, IL. This is a final decision.
8:00 P.M. – Case SU-26-03, application of Towanda Renewables, LLC by Nexamp in case SU-26- 05 on parcel 16-06-400-001. It is requesting a special use to allow a commercial solar energy generating facility and a battery energy storage system (BESS) in the Agriculture District on property in Blue Mound Township immediately northwest of the intersection of 1900 North Rd. and 2500 East Rd. This is a recommendation to the County Board.
