7:00 P.M. – This is a continuation of Case SU-25-07, an application of Dawson Solar, LLC by Deriva Energy. It is requesting a special use to allow a 300 MW commercial solar energy generating facility in the Agriculture District and the R-1 Single Family Residence District on properties in Dawson Township and is generally bounded to the west by 2400 East Rd., to the north by 1400 North Rd., to the east by 2800 East Rd., and to the south by 875 North Rd.
