Ninety-two student-athletes from Illinois Wesleyan University have been named to the Dave Wrath Fall Academic All-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Team, according to a release from the CCIW. The announcement was made Monday, Feb. 23.
The Academic All-Conference distinction is awarded to individuals who have an overall grade-point average of 3.30 or higher and are at least sophomores academically.
In addition, senior men’s soccer goalkeeper Sam Kedzior and senior cross country runner Adriana Crabtree were selected as IWU’s Jack Swartz Award recipients. The Jack Swartz Academic All-Conference award is given each season by every CCIW member institution to one male and one female student-athlete who are at least sophomores and maintain a GPA of 3.50 or above.
Kedzior, a secondary education major with a 3.94 GPA, finished his collegiate soccer career as one of the most accomplished players in program history. He started all but one match in his final season, recorded 13 wins and 87 saves for a .98 goals against average, and leaves as the Titans’ all-time leader in both saves (282) and wins (31). “Kedzior closed out an incredible career on the pitch, leaving a legacy as one of the most accomplished Titans in men’s soccer history.”
Crabtree, majoring in biology and environmental studies, concluded her time at IWU by finishing 17th at the 2025 NCAA Division III National Championships—the highest-ever placement for an IWU cross country runner. She earned First Team All-American honors, won the individual CCIW title while matching a longstanding meet record time, and set a new program record. “Crabtree’s First Team All-American placement was the highest in IWU cross country history.”
