On Friday, April 25, former Normal West High School standout Alex Willey’s current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, lost 8-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Lindenwood Lions.
The game took place at Alfred D. Boyer Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Lions this season.
The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 1 p.m. at Alfred D. Boyer Stadium against Lindenwood Lions.
