On September 15, no white residents of Livingston County had COVID-19 tests return positive, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.
Since the start of the pandemic, 209 white residents have tested positive for COVID-19, constituting 77 percent of the positive cases in Livingston County.
