On Sunday, April 27, former Pontiac Township High School standout Addison Masching’s current college team, the Illinois State Redbirds, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Northern Iowa Panthers.

The game took place at Marian Kneer Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Redbirds’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 6:35 p.m. at Racer Softball Field against Murray State Racers.
