Rooks Creek Community Consolidated School District 425 Board of Education met April 14.

The Board of Education held a regular school board meeting at the school, on Monday, April 14, 2025. School Board President, Kristen Hinz, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call: Angela Baldwin present; Scott Drilling, present; John Ferrara, present: John Grampp, present; Brianna Grieff, present: Leah Hansen, absent: Kristen Hinz, present.

Superintendent, Todd Bean was also present.

A motion was made by Brianna Grieff, seconded by John Ferrara to approve the agenda. Voice vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by Angela Baldwin to approve the March regular minute, the March closed session minutes and the March special meeting minutes. Voice Vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Scott Drilling, seconded by Kristen Hinz to approve the March Treasurer’s Report, and the April payment of bills. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Kristen Hinz, seconded by Scott Drilling to approve the Board of Education Meeting dates, with the correction to June 16, 2025. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by John Ferrara, seconded by Kristen Hinz to approve FY26 IESA Fees as presented. Roll call vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by John Grampp, seconded by John Ferrara to approve the FY26 and FY27 athletic co-op agreement with St. Mary’s and Pontiac Jr. High. Voice vote. All ayes. 1 absent. Motion carried.

A motion was made by John Ferrara, seconded by Brianna Grieff to adjourn at 7:45 p.m. Voice vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
