The Rooks Creek CCSD #425 Board of Education held a regular school board meeting at Graymont Grade school, on Monday, January 12, 2026. School Board President, Kristen Hinz, called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Roll call: Angela Baldwin present; Dave Carroll, present; Scott Drilling, absent; John Ferrara, absent; Brianna Grieff, present; Leah Hansen, present; Kristen Hinz, present.Â
There were no guests present.Â
A motion was made by Brianna Grieff, seconded by Angela Baldwin to approve the agenda. Voice vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.Â
A motion was made by Leah Hansen, seconded by Dave Carroll to approve the Consent Agenda: December regular meeting minutes, December Treasurer’s Report and the January payment of bills. Voice Vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.Â
A motion was made by Leah Hansen, seconded by Dave Carroll to approve the CSFT Resolution as presented. Voice Vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.Â
A motion and a second to approve FY 27 School Calendar was tabled until the February meeting.Â
A motion was made by Brianna Grieff, seconded by Angela Baldwin to adjourn at 7:35 p.m. Voice vote. All ayes. 2 absent. Motion carried.
