Q2 real estate sales report: Danvers

Median prices declined in Danvers over last year, and are up 33.1 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 8 homes sold in Danvers for a median price of $119,950. That's 13.2 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, there were no foreclosures in Danvers.

Median property tax for homeowners in Danvers was $4,038.06 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 2.9 percent of their home's value in taxes.
