City of Bloomington issued the following announcement on Feb. 10.
Beginning Monday at 7:00 a.m., Center St. southbound lane will be partially closed between Stewart and Lafayette to all traffic due to sanitary sewer work. This lane closure within this section of Center St. will be reopened as soon as work is completed.
