Stayhomefamily

City of Chenoa issued the following announcement on March 20.

Good morning. We would like you all to know that Governor Pritzker has extended the “stay at home” orders through April 8th.

What we are being asked to do is very simple. Practice the social distancing. You may still go outdoors, go to the store for food and other needs.

ALL grocery stores, pharmacies, doctor offices, hospitals and other essential businesses will remain open.

We understand that bars, gyms, movie theaters, and social gathering places are closed. However, restaurants amd fast food locations with drive thru or carry-out can opt to remain open.

Please remember we are strong. We will get past this together.
