On Sunday, April 6, former University High School standout Jordyn Roop’s current college team, the Purdue Northwest Pride, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Wayne State Warriors.
The game took place at Gary L. Bryce Field. This was their second matchup against the Warriors this season.
The Pride’s next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 1 p.m. at Dowling Park against Grand Valley State Lakers.
