Twin Grove home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Twin Grove fell by $10,750 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,250 - a 4.9% decrease over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Twin Grove in the first quarter of 2017.
