Twin Grove home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Twin Grove fell by $88,500 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,500 - a 29.2% decrease over the $303,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Twin Grove in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Twin Grove for 2017 was $4,764. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,614. This marks an increase of 3.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.2%.
