Lexington home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Lexington fell by $11,950 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,050 - a 5.8% decrease over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lexington in March 2017.
