7:00 P.M. - Case ZA-19-03, an application of Nussbaum Properties Inc., in case ZA-19-03 on parcel
14-04-300-013. It is requesting a map amendment to change the zoning classification from AAgriculture District to M-1 Restricted Manufacturing District on property located in Normal Township immediately east of 1425 East Road, approximately.5 miles north of 1900 North Rd. (W. Ziebarth Rd.). This is a recommendation to the County Board.
