Le Roy home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Le Roy rose by $17,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,250 - a 14.7% increase over the $117,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Le Roy in June 2017.
