Bloomington home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Bloomington rose by $17,250 while total sales increased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,250 - a 10.8% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Bloomington in November 2017.
