Hudson home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Hudson fell by $30,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,500 - a 19% decrease over the $157,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hudson in November 2017.
