Le Roy home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Le Roy fell by $43,750 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 27.6% decrease over the $158,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Le Roy in the first quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Le Roy for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,957, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2019.
