Downs home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Downs fell by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,000 - a 4% decrease over the $164,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Downs in the second quarter of 2018.
