Danvers home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Danvers rose by $100 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 0.1% increase over the $124,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Danvers in the second quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Danvers for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,383, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
