Le Roy home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Le Roy fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 53.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,000 - a 4.6% decrease over the $119,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Le Roy in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Le Roy for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,957, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
