Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday November 11, 2019, a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.
Roll Call
Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, Lisa Lambert, Jamie McPeek, Mark Tissiere (late arrival), Rodney Morris and Tom Russell

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the minutes from the October 14, 2019 Regular Board Meeting; second by Trustee Tom Russell;

Treasurer’s Report
Iris Thorne reported that the Treasurers Report and the Year to date Fund Summary for the month ending October 31, 2019 is included in the board packets. Reconciled bank balances for the Month ending October 31, 2019 are as follows:

Officer Bunting reported 36 calls during the month of October.

Building Permit Fees
Attorney Ehrgott will provide a list of surrounding municipality’s building permit fees at the next meeting. Issue tabled.

Building Inspector Fees tabled until next month.
Miscellaneous Old Business (discussion only)
A public meeting date will take place on December 4, 2019 at 7:00pm at the Odell Knights of Columbus Hall. Subject will be Cannabis Sales in Odell
Mayor Mills updated the Board on the status of the downtown buildings.
