Bloomington home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Bloomington fell by $3,250 while total sales decreased by 31.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 106 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $157,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Bloomington in August 2018.
