The Board of Education of the Woodland CUSD#5 held a Special Meeting-Board Planning Session beginning at 6:00 PM. The meeting was called to order by Jeremy Adams. Answering roll call were:
Jeremy Adams, Eric Sass, Chad Gilkerson, Brad Boldt, Dan Reinmann
Absent were:, Eric Perhach, Rebecca Sterling
Also, present were: Dr. Ryan McGuckin, Superintendent;

Review and discussion of 2019-20 Board of Education goals and initiatives
Review of vision and philosophies for 2019-20 school year
Development of Target Points and Board Goals for 20-21 school year
Chad Gilkerson exited at 8:56 pm
No Executive Session Was Had
It was moved by Eric Sass and Seconded by Brad Boldt to adjourn the meeting at 10:21 PM.
Roll Call: all yeas 5 yeas and 0 nays. The motion Carried
