Q4 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 61741?

There was one offender released on parole during 2019 that lives in Forrest zip code 61741, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by McLean County Times.

The data shows that the released offender was Joseph T. Delaney. He was convicted of a crime against a person in 2014, when he was 29. He is now 35.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
