City of Fairbury issued the following announcement on May 8.
Recycling pickup will resume Monday, May 11th With Changes. The 1st & 3rd Thursday pickup will now be picked up on the 1st & 3rd FRIDAY. The 2nd & 4th Thursday pickup will now be picked up on the 2nd & 4th FRIDAY. Recycling may be dropped off at the recycling center Monday thru Friday, 7am to Noon ONLY. Please DO NOT drop off recycling at any other time.
