City of Fairbury issued the following announcement on May 28.
Governor Pritzker's announced on May 20, 2020 that the restaurants and bars would be allowed to utilize outdoor seating areas for customers with social distancing and other requirements beginning in phase 3 of the "Restore Illinois" plan.
