Village of Cullom Village Board met November 24

Village of Cullom Village Board met Nov. 24.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

Mayor Hahn called the Regular Meeting of the Cullom Village Board to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Cullom Community Building Small Room. The change of venue was due to the Governor's call to distance individuals to six foot minimum due to the Covid-19 Virus Pandemic.

Members Present: Hahn, Flessner, Mills, Wallrich, Rock and J. Meister (remote)

Absent: Krause and Whitman

Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag: All present took part in the Pledge Allegiance to the Flag

Minutes: Motion to accept by consent agenda was made by Mills/Wallrich. M/C

Public: None

Maintenance Report: No report

Attorney Report: No report

Clerk Report: Wallrich/Rock made the motion to approve the bills totaling $16,862.15. All voted in favor and M/C

Treasurer Report: Motion made by Rock/Meister to accept the Monthly report. All voted in favor and M/C

Old Business:

• Phase 1 of Water Metering - No update. 

• MFT Maple Street Project - No update

• Iron Tank Project - No update

• Water Tower Project – No update

• Jackson/Oak Street Drainage - No update

• Property Liens - No update

• Local CURE Program - Hahn reported on the progress and discussion was held

• Village Truck - No report

• Audit - Auditor is working on

New Business

• Levy Ordinance - No changes were made from last year. Rock/Wallrich made the motion to accept the Ordinance. All voted in favor and M/C. Hahn and Flessner signed and affixed the village seal 

• Liquor License - Discussion was held and the matter will be discussed with Attorney Gabor 

Any Other Business

• A thank you was received by the Census Bureau

• Cab Committee - Christmas Decorating Contest will be held and a Main Street Mural will be added to downtown

Meeting adjourned at 7:25 pm
