Village of Cullom Village Board met Oct. 27.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

Mayor Hahn called the October 27, 2020 Regular Meeting of the Cullom Village Board to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Cullom Community Building Small Room. The change of venue was due to the Governor's call to distance individuals to six foot minimum due to the Covid-19 Virus Pandemic.

Members Present: Hahn, Krause, Flessner, Mills, Whitman, Wallrich, J. Meister, K. Meister, and Rock

Also Present: Josh Weckesser

Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag: All present took part in the Pledge Allegiance to the Flag

Minutes: Motion to accept by consent agenda was made by Meister/Rock. M/C

Public: No issues to address

Maintenance Report: No report

Attorney Report: Reported on on-going litigations.

Clerk Report: Wallrich/Mills made the motion to approve the bills totaling $27,506.33. All voted in favor and M/C

Treasurer Report: Motion made by Rock/Meister to accept the Monthly report. All voted in favor and M/C

Old Business:

Phase 1 of Water Metering - installation is on-going. The Water Board will meet before the next meeting to discuss water billing for 2021 MFT Maple Street Project - Discussion was held on Piggush estimate of completed project. Wallrich/Krause made the motion to accept the Resolution for Improvement Under the Illinois Highway Code estimate for $115,000. All voted in favor and M/C. Rock/Wallrich made the motion to give permission to Mayor Hahn to sign papers with IDOT.

Iron Tank Project-On-going

• Water Tower Project - Waiting until the first of the year. Jackson/Oak Street Drainage - No new information

• Property Leins - No report

Local CURE Program - Motion to purchase two computers and two printers and to add the previously purchased computer to the application was made by Krause/Mills. All voted in favor and M/C

• Village Truck - Lovell will report at the next meeting

• Audit - Has not been picked up by Auditor New Business

• Underserved Communities Planning & Construction Grants (UCPGP) and (UCCGP) – After discussion, the project was tabled until a later date Emergency Backup Plan - Discussion was held

• GA

Any Other Business

GATA has been submitted for approval "B" Liquor License has been requested by the new owners of Kross Roads. After discussion, it was tabled until the next meeting

• Water bill payments are slow in coming in.

Meeting adjourned at 7:55 pm
