THIS WILL BE THE ONLY TIME DURING THE MEETING THAT THE PUBLIC WILL BE ALLOWED TO PROVIDE COMMENTS TO THE VILLAGE BOARD. EACH PERSON THAT WISHES TO BE RECOGNIZED WILL HAVE ONE OPPORTUNITY, UP TO 3 MINUTES, TO PROVIDE COMMENTS TO THE VILLAGE BOARD.
