10. OLD BUSINESS:

A. Approval of salary adjustments and increases for employees and members of the Zoning Board of Appeals, effective May 1, 2021.

B. Final approval of Proposed Street Improvements for Village of Colfax for Summer of 2021 as outlined on updated list of February 25, 2021.

C. Approval of the Appropriation Ordinance for 2021-2022.

11. NEW BUSINESS:

A. Statement of Economic Interests for all Board of Trustees, Zoning Board of Appeals and all employees are required to be filed by May 1, 2021. There is a $15.00 per day fine for anyone who fails to file by May 1, 2021 and it increased to $100 after a period of time.

B. Approval of Board of Trustees Meeting Schedule for May 2021 through April 2022.

C. Consideration of proposed lease agreement with Octavia Fire Protection District (OFPD) for Village of Colfax office and Police Department offices, effective July 1, 2021.

D. Application for liquor license by Juan Rios-Narciso for Azteca Pan Sabor De Mexico.

E. Approval of Village-Wide Garage Sales from 8:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2021.

F. Approval to close Main Street from Brook to Center on Saturday, June 5, 2021 for Pop-up Shops sponsored by Colfax Restoration Project.

G. Approval of contract with Russell Leigh & Associates, LLC to complete the annual audit of the Village of Colfax for Fiscal Year 2020-2021.

H. Approval of Ordinance No. 2021-07, An Ordinance Authorizing the Donation of Personal Property owned by the Village of Colfax.

12. Public Comments- Items not on the agenda- 5 minute limit

13. Executive Session to consider appointment, employment, compensation,

discipline, performance or dismissal of village employees pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).
