On July 23, Andrew K. and Karen L. Shelby sold their home at 1715 Fraser Drive, Normal to Soumen and Reshmi Chatterjee for $314,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $7,561.48, 2.4% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $265,000 on Aug. 25, 2015.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Karen Lynn Shelby has been registered to vote since 2016. Andrew K. Shelby has been registered to vote since 2015.
