On Sept. 24, Rafael Javier Sanchez Jr. and Brittany K Sanchez purchased a home at 119 Eugene St., Towanda from Luke Drone and Ravyn Drove for $255,000.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $3,815.06, which is 1.5% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $165,000 on Nov. 29, 2016.

This property is one of two sales so far in Towanda in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Luke M. Drone (36) has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
