On Sept. 24, Cecil Shigueru Simon Shinke purchased a home at 2 Chesterfield Court, Bloomington from Karl D. and Cynthia K. Laun for $264,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $4,917.16, 1.86% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 121 properties sold in Bloomington.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Cynthia K. Laun has been registered to vote since 1996 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary. Karl David Laun has been registered to vote since 1996 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
