McLean County Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
2021 - Manufacturers Council
Manufacturers Council
Mission: The Manufacturers Council is to provide a monthly forum for leaders in the manufacturing industry to discuss relevant topics in a confidential setting.
Membership: The Manufacturers Council is exclusive to manufacturing business owners and managers and those with a vested interest in the success of manufacturing in the community. The group will continuously take on new members in industries.
Attendance: Members are asked to not miss more than two consecutive meetings in a row and remain in the group unless communicated with the group. Substitutes are allowed only when previously communicated.
Meetings: The Manufacturers Council will meet the 2nd Thursday of every month from 4-5:00pm. Beginning Thursday, May 13, 2021, the council will alternate meeting in person and virtually. Meeting location will vary.
Guests: Guests will be welcomed to every meeting until the existing members choose to close the group. In this instance, there will be determined open meetings where guests and prospective members can attend.
Chair: The Chair for the Manufacturers Council Resource Group will be determined at the December meeting via a vote of the Resource Group membership.
