1. Call to order

4. Consent Agenda - All matters listed under CONSENT AGENDA are considered to be routine and non-controversial by the Village Board and will be enacted by one motion and one roll call vote. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired by a Citizen or Trustee, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed immediately after approval of the Consent Agenda

b. Financial statement and payment of bills for September

● 5 Year Plan statue 

● ARP Money status 

● Sewer Study Plan Contract Status 

● Website Updates 

● Social Media Policy 

Water, Public Property, Streets, and Zoning- Denny Engel 

Village Marshall- Mark Kotte 

Civil Defense Director- Jeff Thomas 

6. Citizen’s hearing: 5-minute limit, name 

7. Reports of standing committees: 

Finance, Budget, Contracts and Employees Department- Trustee Lynne Norris 

● Discuss and vote on the McLean County Animal Control Shelter contract 

● Discuss and vote on the Removal contract 

Street Department- Trustee Phil Morris 

● Discuss and vote on raising part time employee, Tyler Eft’s, rate of hourly pay 

● Discuss and vote on purchasing a year 2007, Vactor 2110 Model Hydro-Vac Truck, for the price of $126,000.00 from Key Equipment from Springfield, IL 

Ordinance and Zoning Department- Trustee Kathy Brooks 

● TIF- discuss and vote on additional bay 

● Discuss Census prize 

Police Department- Trustee Steve King 

● Discuss and vote on the roof replacement for the police station 

Water Department- Trustee Joe Boyd 

● Discuss and vote on changing ordinance to add PEX to the list of acceptable water service line materials Public Property- Trustee Aaron Kinder

Liquor Commissioner- Village President Dave Brutlag
