On Sept. 24, Independence Property Co. LLC purchased a three bedroom home at 403 E. Madison St., Pontiac from Eric Fosnaugh for $53,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,434.30, 2.71% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $51,000 on Nov. 15, 2007.

So far in September 2021, nine properties sold in Pontiac.
