According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Yibing Zhong has been registered to vote since 2011.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 3002 Castlemain Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Yibing Zhong, 58, Pingping Xiao, 63, Julie D. Zhong, 29, and Lucy Feifei Zhong, 29.
